Umuahia orders use trusted local dispatch riders; interstate orders use dispatch-to-courier handoff based on the destination.

Free delivery thresholds
Checkout automatically removes the delivery fee when an order reaches the saved free-delivery threshold for the selected zone. Large or fragile orders may be split into more than one parcel for safer movement.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders are dispatched after payment and stock are confirmed. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; weather, traffic, carrier delays and incomplete addresses may affect timing. Tracking updates appear on the order tracking page when the store adds rider, courier, ETA or proof-of-delivery details.
Your responsibility
Provide a reachable phone number, complete address and useful landmark. Extra delivery attempts caused by incorrect information may attract another fee.
Problems
Report missing or visibly damaged parcels promptly using the store contact, quoting your order number.
