Orders
An order is accepted only after payment is verified and stock is confirmed. An automated acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will offer an alternative or refund the affected amount.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Nigerian naira. The server recalculates the authoritative total before Paystack payment begins. Delivery charges are shown separately. Payment must be verified before dispatch.
Product information
We work to describe products accurately, but screen colours and packaging may differ. Customers must review ingredients, instructions, sizing and suitability before use. Patch-test cosmetic products where appropriate.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with payment processing, submit false orders or copy protected content without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to applicable law, responsibility is limited to reasonably foreseeable loss connected to the order.
